Your password is the first layer of protection for your ClaudeGO account. Creating a strong, unique password helps safeguard your conversations, projects, and personal information.
It is recommended to update your password regularly, especially if you believe it may have been compromised.
To update your password:
Open Settings.
Select Security or Password.
Enter your current password.
Create a new password.
Confirm the new password.
Click Update Password.
Once saved, your new password becomes active immediately.
A secure password should include:
At least 8–12 characters
Uppercase letters
Lowercase letters
Numbers
Special characters
Avoid using:
Your name
Birth dates
Common words
Reused passwords from other websites
Never share your password.
Use a password manager if possible.
Avoid writing passwords in unsecured locations.
Change your password if you notice suspicious activity.
If you cannot log in:
Visit the ClaudeGO login page.
Click Forgot Password.
Enter your registered email address.
Follow the instructions sent to your inbox.
Create a new password.
Whenever you suspect unauthorized access or as part of your regular security routine.
Depending on your account security settings, you may be required to log in again on your devices.
